A man has died following a fire at a bungalow on Saturday night.

Three fire engines were called to reports of a fire on Pinfold Close in Tickhill, Doncaster at 9:30pm.

A man and woman were inside the property, the lady managed to escape, however the man sadly died at the scene.

Firefighters used hose reels to put the fire out.

An investigation will take place to determine the cause of the fire.
